Sheena Urdaz is a board-certified Physician Associate and ACLM Diplomate with over 12 years of clinical experience in Internal Medicine, Primary Care, Women's Health, and Hormone Management. She holds a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from South University and a BS in Life Sciences from Penn State. She has spent her career focused on the intersection of evidence-based medicine and whole-person care.
Her specialties include metabolic health and diabetes remission, hormone optimization, obesity management, integrative and lifestyle medicine, plant-forward nutrition, and nervous system regulation. She has helped thousands of patients safely reduce or eliminate long-term medications not through shortcuts, but through sustainable, clinician-guided lifestyle transformation.
